At SA Waterscapes, we offer complete design, construction, and maintenance services for custom ponds, streams, waterfalls, natural pools, wetlands, fountainscapes, and surrounding landscape elements.

Design

Phase 1 – Consultation, Site Assessment & Design

Your project begins with an on-site consultation with Corrie, where we explore your ideas, goals, and the possibilities for your space. This is where we get to understand what you love and how you envision your outdoor environment.

We can design your waterscape alone, or include landscaping of the surrounding area to create a fully integrated and cohesive garden space.

During your on site consultation, we will:

• Discuss access and logistics, identify service power, water sources and drainage
• Mark out your design on site so you can feel the size and scale of your waterscape
• Quote up your project (depending on scale)
• Sit down together and go through the quote in detail making necessary changes as you see fit

Depending on the scope of the job a full estimate can be provided, adjusted and accepted all in the comfort of your own home.

Consultation Fee: $550 + GST (deducted from your final project cost if you proceed)
A travel fee applies for sites located more than 50 km from our base.

Phase 2 – Estimate & Deposit

Following your consultation, we’ll send you a detailed estimate outlining your customised design, materials, and project scope.

Once accepted, a 50% deposit secures your materials and books your project into our schedule with an estimated start date. You will also receive a formal contract for your review and approval before we begin.

Maintenance

Phase 6 – Ongoing Care for SA Waterscapes Creations

Our certified waterscape specialists maintain SA Waterscapes creations, as well as existing ponds and water features across Adelaide and regional South Australia. We help keep natural pools, ponds, streams, waterfalls and aquatic habitats healthy, balanced and beautiful all year round.

We recommend your first waterscape clean-out around one year after installation, followed by annual maintenance to keep your water clear, healthy and functioning at its best. Timing may vary depending on your design, environment and surrounding landscape.

Our Maintenance Services Include:

• Full clean-outs (removing debris and organic build-up)
• Pruning and care of aquatic plants
• Reintroduction of beneficial bacteria
• Water treatments and testing
• Pump servicing or replacement
• Underwater light installation or replacement
  

Optional Add-Ons:

• Fish and fish food
• Aquatic plant packages
• Aeration systems for healthy fish and increased water circulation
  

Maintenance Rates

$120 per hour (plus GST), plus any additional add-ons or treatments required for your clean-out.
